User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Zentropath ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website zentropath.com (the "Site") or purchasing and participating in any of our funded trading evaluation programs (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited by applicable law.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel evaluations at our sole discretion if any of the above conditions are not met.

2. Description of Services

Zentropath operates a funded trading evaluation platform. Our Services include:

  • Evaluation Programs: Users pay a one-time fee to access a simulated trading evaluation. By meeting predefined profit targets and risk management criteria, users may qualify for a funded trading account.
  • Funded Accounts: Qualified users receive access to a live trading account funded with the Company's capital. Users trade the account and receive a share of the profits generated (the "Profit Split").
  • Dashboards & Tools: Access to performance dashboards, analytics, and account management tools.

The evaluation phase operates in a simulated environment. Funded accounts are allocated real capital; however, the User is never personally liable for trading losses beyond the evaluation fee paid.

3. Evaluation Rules and Trading Objectives

Each evaluation program has specific rules that must be followed. Current standard rules include:

  • Profit Target: 8% of the starting account balance.
  • Maximum Drawdown: 10% of the starting account balance (trailing or static, as specified per program).
  • Daily Loss Limit: 5% of the starting balance or equity (whichever is higher at the start of the trading day).
  • Time Limit: None — there is no maximum duration for the evaluation.

We reserve the right to modify evaluation rules for new programs. Changes do not apply retroactively to active evaluations unless the User is notified and given the option to accept the new terms or receive a full refund.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Evaluation fees are a one-time payment required before the evaluation begins.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the evaluation account has been accessed or any trade has been placed, except as described in the Refund Policy (Section 8).
  • All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are the User's responsibility.
  • Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.

5. Funded Accounts and Profit Split

  • Upon successfully completing the evaluation, the User will be offered a funded trading account.
  • The Profit Split ranges from 80% to 90% in favor of the User, depending on the selected program tier.
  • Profits are calculated net of trading costs (spreads, commissions, swaps).
  • The Company retains ownership of the funded account and the capital therein at all times.
  • The User is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Zentropath.

6. Payout Terms

  • Payout requests can be submitted on a bi-weekly cycle.
  • The minimum payout amount is $50 USD.
  • Payouts are processed within 24 business hours of request approval.
  • Available withdrawal methods include bank wire transfer, cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT), and supported e-wallets.
  • Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before the first payout is processed.
  • The Company reserves the right to withhold payouts if there is evidence of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund:

  • Exploiting platform infrastructure, including latency arbitrage, server manipulation, or data feed exploitation.
  • Account sharing, selling, or transferring your evaluation or funded account to a third party.
  • Using the same strategy across multiple accounts to hedge or guarantee outcomes (coordinated trading).
  • Manipulating trades to artificially trigger drawdown resets or exploit system bugs.
  • Providing false or fraudulent identity information.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Trading solely during high-impact news events as the primary strategy (news-only scalping), unless specifically permitted by your program tier.

8. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Before evaluation begins: If no trades have been placed on the evaluation account, a full refund will be issued upon request within 14 days of purchase.
  • Technical issues: If a verifiable platform or system error directly caused the User to fail the evaluation, we will offer either a free evaluation restart or a full refund at the Company's discretion.
  • After evaluation begins: Once any trade has been executed on the evaluation account, the fee is non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@zentropath.com with your account details and reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

9. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

Zentropath is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit purpose. As part of our compliance program:

  • All users must complete identity verification before receiving any payout.
  • We may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or trading activity.
  • We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of AML regulations will be suspended and any pending payouts forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and compilations, is the property of Zentropath or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any defects in the platform will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentropath and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use or inability to use the Site or Services.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
  • Conduct of any third party on the platform.
  • Any other matter relating to the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in evaluation fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zentropath and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement, suspicious activity, or any other reason at our discretion.
  • You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of evaluation fees for active or completed evaluations.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Any pending payouts for legitimate trading activity will still be processed.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zentropath is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

16. Modifications to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or through the Site.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms presented at the time of purchase, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zentropath regarding the use of the Services, superseding all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
